1.Απολέπιση σώματος και προσώπου
Scrub for the body and the face
-Χρειαζόμαστε 1 κούπα ζάχαρη,1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κανέλα ή βανίλια και 1 κούπα λάδι
We need 1 cup of sugar,1 teanspoon of cinnamon or vanilla and 1 cup with oil
-Ανακατεύουμε όλα μαζί τα υλικά μέχρι να γίνουν ένα μείγμα και αμέσως απλώνουμε σε βρεγμένο δέρμα κάνοντας μασάζ για 10 λεπτά.Ξεπλένουμε πολύ καλά.Το δέρμα είναι απαλό και δείχνει λαμπερό!
We mix together all the ingredients and we apply in wet skin making massage for 10 minutes.We clean our skin with water very well.The skin is very soft now and looks bright!
